How to Better Explore Brazil?
Brazil is full of attractions and adventures for anyone, and here you’ll find out what you can do in several cities in Brazil. Start in Rio de Janeiro, head to Salvador and finish up in Angra Dos Reis. Even if you don’t travel through all of the cities listed and described, you’ll enjoy your trip perfectly.
Rio
Rio is known all over the world as one of the must-see tourist cities. Will all kinds of attractions and beauty, you’ll be hard pressed about it. Start with Sugar Load Mountain at the lookout, and then head to Pedra da Gavea to get a full mountain experience. Check out some more monuments, like Cristo Redentor and Cocovado, which are world-famous and then head over to Teatro Municipal to catch a show and get some live entertainment.
If you’d like to spend a day at one of the top 10 beaches, go to Prainha Beach or Ipanema Beach, and then head to the Botanical Garden to get a little taste of England while in Rio. Take a hike in Claudio Countinho, and don’t forget to check out Sao Bento Monastery. When you’re ready to see the culture up close and personal, go to Urca or Arpoador and simply walk though the neighborhood. You’ll have a fun-filled time while in Rio. Be sure to stay for at least 2 days to see all you want to see!
Sao Paulo
Start your trip in Sao Paulo by going to Museu da Lingua Portuguesa. You won’t find many museums dedicated to a language, which is why you can’t miss this one while you have the chance. Have fun at the Museum of Football as well, and then take your trip over to Parque do Ibirapuera for some relaxation after a long day of learning. Head over to Jardins district for a taste of the nightlife, and to Auditorio Ibirapuera to see how concerts get performed in Sao Paulo.
Manaus
In Manaus, be sure to see the Meeting of the Rivers, and go to Archipelago of Anavilhanas. Check out Teatro Amazonas for some great live entertainment mixed with museum atmosphere for sites to see and then go to Lake Janauari Ecological Park to see the giant lilies.
Enjoy some relaxation at Ponta Negra Beach and tupe Beach, where you can suntan like a pro, and then see what an Argentinian zoo has to offer at Manaus Zoo.
Ubatuba
Ubatuba is an awesome place to be, with Ilha Anchieta being your first stop you’ll feel the same. Take a trip to Itamambuca beach and to the Tamar Project aquarium! If you’d like to see a waterfall, go to Prumirim Waterfall and enjoy splashing in the water. If you’re into geology, you should go to Sununga Beach to enjoy sunbathing and the formations at the same time. Head to Serra do Mar state park to get on your feed and explore for a bit, too.
Recife
In Recife, you should go to Oficina Ceramica Francisco Brennand, and then head over to the Monastery of Sao Bento. Then, you should go to Nova Jerusalem Theatre for a great show before heading over to Embaixada dos Bonecos Gigantes and then settling down at Paiva Beach.
Curitiba
In Curitiba you’ll be able to relax and enjoy a site seeing drive down Graciosa Highway, and then go to Jardim Botanico de Curitiba. If you’re ready for museums after that, your first choice should be Museo Oscar Niemeyer, and then you can take to Parque Tangua or Honey Island. If you want to explore some wildlife, go to Parque Estadual de Vila Velha, and then head to Teatro Lala for a show. In this town you’ll also get to see some sports action at Arena da Baixada, and then some Japanese culture at Japanese Gardens.
Angra Dos Reis
Your first stop should be through the town, and then to Abraao Beach and Pocao do Abraao Waterfall. Then take a picture with Matriz Church, and then head to the other beaches and islands to hop around and enjoy the different scenery while you relax, such as Praia Grande Beach, Botinas Island, Cataguas Island, and Gipoia Island.
